Hi! I’m Abby Lastowski, she/her. I am an illustrator and comics creator responsible for the Actually Owltistic comic series about autistic, queer owls. I was diagnosed autistic and ADHD as an adult woman at age 28, and I try using my illustrations to help bring understanding and support to the many people who may wonder why they feel the way they feel, whether or not they’ve received a diagnosis on paper. I have two amazing daughters, an amazing husband who gave me the idea for these comics in the first place (and also came up with the name), and a spoiled cat named Purrogi.
